The main advantage of customizing your facial rejuvenation plan is a stunning, natural result that is tailored to your precise needs and goals.
Have loose or sagging skin that disrupts the natural contours of your face?
Think you appear older and more fatigued than you truly feel?
Wish you could turn back the clock on facial aging?
Long to revitalize your appearance for a refreshed, energized look?
One of the first cosmetic procedures that come to mind when we think of facial rejuvenation is the facelift. What many people do not realize is there are plenty of other treatments to choose from to restore youthfulness to the face. Facelift surgery can be highly effective on its own, or it can be combined with a brow lift or neck lift for optimal results. Some patients are surprised to discover, during their consultation with Dr. Nelson, that they would benefit most from a brow lift or neck lift instead of a facelift.
The classic facelift entails creating inconspicuous incisions around the ears that permit Dr. Nelson to lift and reposition the facial tissues as desired.

Over time, we begin to lose skin elasticity in the brow and forehead area. Deep lines between the eyebrows can make patients look angry or stern, and droopy brow skin can hood over the eyes, giving a tired appearance.
This procedure is used to soften forehead wrinkles, decrease the scowl lines between the eyebrows, and reposition the brow to a slightly higher and more satisfactory position. Since the skin below the brow connects to the skin of the upper eyelid, a brow lift may make the eyes appear more open and youthful.
When a patient has a pleasing facial aesthetic but suffers from loose neck skin or pronounced jowls, the best option may be a neck lift. A neck lift smooths the neck and jaw area, so it matches the rest of the face.
The degree of neck improvement varies from patient to patient. The neck is always included as part of a facelift. When Dr. Nelson performs a neck lift, he includes some facelift elements to enhance the entire jawline.
A mini-facelift is similar to a classic facelift, but it is less invasive. If appropriate, a mini-facelift may include facial liposuction and skin resurfacing to correct minor imperfections. It is most appropriate for patients who only require mild skin improvements.
