Breast Enlargement / Augmentation

21 yrs., 5'8", 145 lbs, no children, submuscular periareolar incision, 360 cc filled to 380 L 405 R

40 yrs., no children, 5'7", 164 lbs, submuscular, IMC incision, 480cc filled to 520cc R 500cc L

Breast Augmentation is a procedure that utilizes either a Saline (salt water) or Silicone filled implant to enhance the shape and volume of the breast. 

Implants may be placed directly under the breast tissue or beneath the muscle under the breast (pectoralis muscle).  Incision approaches and implant location decisions are based on the patient’s anatomy, desires and the surgeons input to maximize the patient’s aesthetic result.

Breast Augmentation has an enormous satisfaction rate with terrific impact on the patient’s self-esteem. 

Surgery typically is performed under general anesthesia (full sleep) on an outpatient basis; taking about two hours to perform.
